Pelican River at Highway 20 Culvert Flow

The flow of the Pelican River at the Highway 20 culvert appears to be increasing, but a Mann Kendall Trend Analysis shows no statistical trend. The reason for the apparent increase in flow is hard to determine since there is so much water connected upstream in the Pelican River Watershed.
