Chapter 11: Safety/Buoys

Pelican Lake is very large and has a variable shoreline. Large rocks, channels and swimming areas are marked by buoys. To see a map of buoy placement, follow the link below.

Pelican Lake has various inlets and aeration systems, which prevent ice from forming. Please follow the link below to see these known areas of thin ice.
